My trips are listed on Dopplr. Please mail me if you'd like to view them.
Two students I work with at the Bauhaus University of Weimar have had a paper I co-wrote with them accepted at ACM Multimedia Interactive Arts Program in September in Augsberg. The paper is entitled Hide&SEEK: Sharing Cultural Knowledge and describes a location-based street game where trails through the city are created by a 'Host' and experienced by a 'Guest'.
I will be at the Locative Media Summer Conference in Siegen, Germany on 3-5 September 2007.
In June I visited Lancaster University, and gave a small talk. The ppt is here. I was kindly invited to Lancaster by Keith Cheverst in the Computing Department and also met withMonika Buescher from the Centre for Mobilities Research. Monika works on a program called PalCom, and is co-organiser of an interesting workshop called Beyond Mobility: Studying Nomadic Work at ECSCW.
I've submitted the final draft of my paper to IE2007. Click here for a copy
