Ann Rosén presents new sound works, installations, performances and workshops in collaboration with Sten-Olof Hellström, John Bowers, Lise-Lotte Norelius and others.
Opening 25/8 17.00- 21.00, Performance with Enscharm at aprox 20.00
A lot of sounds crawl around on the floor forming a sort of living carpet completely covering the floor. If any visitor moves, different sounds tumble up into the air. If there is a lot of movement in the room the whole space will get filled with sounds tumbling around. If all visitors stop their activities and stand still for a while the sounds will eventually sink down to the floor. There they will continue to poke about in the installations virtual mud.
Walk-in compositions, portable relax-stations, deputy silences and much more will be included in the exhibition. It will be possible to participate in the workshop What is sound? (at the exhibition the workshop will be held in Swedish, for more info: www.schhh.se/workshops.html. On September 7, Lise-Lotte Norelius and Ann Rosén will produce true noises and untrue sounds at 20.00. September 8, John Bowers and Sten-Olof Hellström will perform new, dark and heavy music at 20.00.
